对扭矩传感器频率输出信号后续处理电路的分析与探讨

摘要 扭矩传感器以与扭矩成比例的脉冲频率作为输出方式,其后续处理电路自然也要与之相适应。与常见的应变片桥路阻值输出方式相比,其更具灵活性和多样性。如果后续电路处理不当,不仅不能发挥数字量输出的优势,反而会损失精度、影响传感器的原有性能。因此,有必要通过对各种形式的后续电路进行特点分析和比较,以便在应用过程中作出更合理的判断和选择。 The torque sensor uses the pulse frequency proportional to the torque as the output mode,and its subsequent processing circuit naturally has to adapt to it.It is more flexible and versatile than the common strain gauge bridge resistance output.If the subsequent circuit is not handled properly,not only can not play the advantages of digital output,but will lose precision and affect the original performance of the sensor.Therefore,it is necessary to make a more reasonable judgment and choice in the application process by analyzing and comparing the characteristics of various forms of subsequent circuits.
