基于弹性体传载介质的水载荷施加技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 水载荷是水上飞机所独有的一种受载形式。本文针对结构强度试验中机身船体分布压力水载荷施加问题,研究了水载荷的数值表征方法和试验载荷等效处理方法,提出了一种基于弹性体传载介质的水载荷施加方法,并成功应用于型号试验。试验结果表明,本文提出的水载荷施加方法安全可靠、传载准确。 The water load is a unique kind of loads with seaplanes.In this paper,according to the relevant airworthiness clauses of water load,the numerical characterization method of water load and the test load equivalent treatment are studied.A kind of water load loading method based on the elastomeric multilayer structure is proposed,and it has been successfully applied to full-scale structure static strength test under water landing condition.The test results prove that the water load loading method proposed in this paper is accurate,safe and reliable.
