摘要 强度试验是航空产品设计定型的必要条件之一。强度试验的目的是验证飞机结构强度是否满足设计要求,验证飞机设计过程中的强度与刚度的计算方法是否合理。大型强度试验过程中,大量试验数据在现场无法及时分析、做出判断和预测。本文通过研究试验数据分析处理技术,借鉴F35关于试验数据分析的对外展示材料,提出了一种试验数据与有限元计算数据的一致性评估方法,实现了对试验数据整体状态的评估。通过该方法的应用,提高了试验人员的数据分析能力与试验掌控能力,支撑飞机强度试验设计与分析的不断改进与完善。 The strength test is one of the necessary conditions for the design of aircraft products.The purpose of the strength test is to verify whether the structural strength of the aircraft meets the design requirements and to verify whether the calculation method of strength and stiffness during the aircraft design process is reasonable.During the large-scale strength test,a large amount of test data cannot be analyzed,judged and predicted in time.In this paper,by studying the experimental data analysis and processing technology,and referring to the external display materials of F35 on experimental data analysis,a method for evaluating the consistency of test data and finite element calculation data is proposed,and the evaluation of the overall state of the test data is realized.Through the application of this method,the data analysis capability and test control ability of the testers are improved,and the continuous improvement of the aircraft strength test design and analysis is supported.
