摘要
叉车作为一种装卸搬运工业车辆,主要由行驶、装卸、转向等系统构成。传统的叉车测试技术其系统是封闭的,测试功能单一,往往无法同步测试各系统的性能参数。随着计算机技术及传感器技术的发展,提出了基于CAN、GPS、数据分析等现代集成测试技术方法,解决了传统测试技术中各种测试仪器信息不能同步测试,也不能与测试对象进行信息互通和综合数据分析的问题。
Forklift truck,as a kind of loading and unloading industrial vehicle,is mainly composed of driving,loading and unloading,steering and other systems.Traditional forklift truck testing technology has closed system and single testing function,so it is often unable to test the performance parameters of each system synchronously.With the development of computer technology and sensor technology,the modern integrated testing technology based on CAN,GPS and data analysis is put forward,which solves the problem that the information of various testing instruments in traditional testing technology cannot be tested synchronously,and cannot be exchanged with the testing objects and comprehensive data analysis.
