摘要
在结构强度试验中,胶布带的抗拉强度是试验顺利完成的重要保障。胶粘剂的抗拉强度是由胶粘剂的性质、外在环境以及粘贴工艺等因素共同作用的结果。若进行全部因素的试验考察,试验的规模将很大。为缩减试验规模,本文引入了正交试验设计法,通过正交试验设计的综合平衡法分析各个因素对粘贴强度的影响,确定出多因素下的最优水平组合。最后通过对一组试验数据的分析,验证了该方法的可行性,为后续的大规模胶粘剂粘贴工艺研究提供试验依据。
In the structural strength test,the tensile strength of the tape is an important guarantee for the successful completion of the test.The tensile strength of adhesives can be affected by all of the properties of adhesives,the external environment and the bonding process.If all the factors are tested,the scale of the test will be very large.In order to reduce the scale of the experiment,the orthogonal experimental design method is introduced in this paper.The comprehensive balance method is used to analyze the influence of various factors on the bonding strength,and the optimal level combination under multi-factors is determined.Finally,through the analysis of a group of experimental data,the feasibility of this method is verified,which provides experimental basis for the follow-up research of large-scale adhesive bonding process.
