摘要 本文提出一种基于多因素耦合的疲劳试验加载框架设计方法,将框架设计的影响因素分为外部因素和内部因素。外部因素包括依附于框架的平台、加载底座、油路设施、测控设备、照明设备等,分析每种因素影响程度并提出解决方案。内部因素包括框架的选材、强度校核、优化设计、连接节点设计等,对每种因素提出解决方法。综合考虑内外多种影响因素,建立框架设计流程图。最后以新型飞机疲劳试验为案例,使用本方法进行详细设计。结果表明,本文提出的方法合理,可解决框架设计中的各种问题;疲劳试验运行结果证实,框架设计合理,满足疲劳试验需求。 This paper presents a design method of fatigure test loading frame based on multifactor coupling.Framework design factors can be divided into external factors and interal factors.External factors include base attached to the frame flat,loading facilities,oil facilities,measurement and control equipment,lighting equipment.Analysis the impaction of each factor and put forward the solution.Interal factors include the selection of materials,strength test,optimization design of the framework and conneting point design.Put forward the solution for each factor.The frame design flow chart is established by taking various interal and exteral factors into consideration.Finally a new aircraft test case is taken as an example to carry out detailed design.The result shows that the proposed method is reasonable and can solve the problem of frame design.Meantime the result of fatigue test is confirmed that the design of the framework is reasonable and meet the test requirement.
