摘要
通过介绍中小型服装企业分销渠道的几种主要模式和发展现状,揭示其渠道构建过程存在的问题,并通过分析渠道问题和优化动因,尝试提出了渠道整合和优化的策略,对中小服装企业渠道管理和优化有一定的参考作用。
By introducing several major modes and development status of distribution channels of small and medium-sized garment enterprises,this paper reveals the existing problems in the channel construction process,and tries to propose strategies for channel integration and optimization by analyzing the channel problems and optimizing motivation,so as to provide reference for channel management and optimization of small and medium-sized garment enterprises.
