摘要 伴随着计算机和通信技术的不断革新,水电厂的自动化、智能化程度越来越高,网络的规模和复杂性也不断增大,网络安全问题日益突出。电厂业务涉及继电保护、电网调度自动化、配电网自动化等方面,一旦遭到网络攻击,轻则影响企业安全生产,重则影响社会稳定。为此,在电厂建设网络安全态势感知系统,来保障电力监控系统的数据安全,提高网络风险预警及应急处置能力具有重要的意义。文章对传统的信息安全评价方法和网络安全态势感知技术进行介绍,并详细的说明了某水电厂实现网络安全态势感知的方法,为其他电力企业建设提供参考。 With the continuous innovation of computer and communication technologies,the level of automation and the level of intelligence of hydropower stations are gradually becoming higher,and the scale and complexity of network are also increasing,bringing out increasingly prominent network security problems.As the operation of a hydropower station involves relay protection,power grid dispatching automation and power distribution network automation,any network attack will affect the work safety of enterprises and even the social stability.For this reason,it is of great significance to establish a network security situation awareness system for a hydropower station to ensure the data security of power monitoring system and improve the network risk early warning and emergency response capabilities.This paper introduces traditional information security evaluation methods and network security situation awareness technology,and explains in detail the method of realizing network security situation awareness in a hydropower station,to provide reference for other power enterprises.
