湖南省醴陵市十八坡矿区石英砂砾岩矿地质特征及矿石评价

Geological Characteristics and Ore Evaluation of Quartz Sandconglomerate Mine in Shibapo Mining Area in Liling Hunan

十八坡矿区石英砂砾岩矿属陆源碎屑沉积矿床,赋存于石炭系下统樟树湾组中段,矿石岩性主要为石英砾岩、含砾石英砂岩,矿体成层状产出,埋深较浅,矿体规模巨大。矿石物理性能良好,含泥量0.12%~0.35%,空隙率10.8%~43.7%,压碎指标值17.4%~22.4%,松散堆积密度1420-1510kg/m3,抗压强度36.4-58.6MPa;有害物质Cl含量0.0024%~0.0036%,SO3含量0.012%~0.038%。矿石原矿可作为建设用砂Ⅱ类品、建筑用碎石Ⅲ类品,矿石经选矿后满足平板玻璃用硅质原料一级品质量要求。

The quartz sandy conglomerate deposit in Shibapo mining area belongs to terrigenous clastic sedimentary deposit,which occurs in the middle section of Zhangshuwan Formation of Lower Carboniferous.The ore lithology is mainly quartz conglomerate and gravel-bearing quartz sandstone.The huge ore body,shallowly buried,is stratified.The ore has good physical properties,with mud content of 0.12%~0.35%,void fraction of 40.8%~43.7%,crushing index value of 17.4%~22.4%,loose bulk density of 1420-1510 kg/m3,compressive strength of 36.4-58.6 MPa,Cl content of harmful substances of 0.0024%~0.0036%,SO3 content of 0.012%~0.038%.Raw ore can be used as construction sand classⅡand construction gravel classⅢ.Ore can meet the first-class quality requirements of siliceous raw materials for flat glass after beneficiation.
