摘要
目前广泛用于油田生产中的差压式流量计依然以孔板为主,但其存在因压损过大而耗费大量能源的问题。为了解决上述问题采用了一种新型文丘里流量计。对该流量计结构设计优化,通过在下游扩散段增加取压口,获取两个额外的压差,创新实现流量计量系统的自我诊断功能,使其无论在性能或能耗都优于孔板。测试结果表明,具有在线诊断功能的新型文丘里流量计较孔板的能耗小很多,它具有节能环保、减少维护费、提高操作效率等优势,每年可为企业增收数千元到数万元的经济效益。
at present,the differential pressure flow meter widely used in oilfield production is still mainly orifice plate,but it has the problem of large energy consumption due to excessive pressure loss.A new venturi flow meter is used to solve the above problems.The structure design of the flow meter was optimized,two additional pressure differences were obtained by adding pressure extraction port in the downstream diffusion section,and the self-diagnosis function of the flow measurement system was innovatively realized,making it superior to the orifice plate in both performance and energy consumption.The test results show that the new venturi flow orifice plate with online diagnosis function has much less energy consumption,and it has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection,reducing maintenance cost,improving operation efficiency and so on.
