油田机采井综合节能调压技术试验与评价

摘要 在机采井生产中,供电电压的变化对油井能耗有较大影响,从供电电压出发,在合理范围内优化调整,能有效降低电动机端的损耗。针对油田大量处于轻载运行的抽油机井,采用可控硅调压、改变传统接线调压方式,有效调节电动机端电压使其在保证负载的前提下,降低电动机自身损耗,达到节能的目的;对潜油电泵井,依据功率因数进行合理电压的设计试验,以及通过降压的方式进行软启停控制试验,也有效减少启动瞬间高电流对电泵机组以及井下电缆的冲击。通过综合运用多种调压节能技术,为油田节能降耗提供了实用可行措施方法。 the change of power supply voltage has a great influence on the energy consumption of oil well in machine production.From the power supply voltage,the optimization and adjustment in a reasonable range can effectively reduce the loss of the motor end.In view of the large number of pumping well in light load in oil field,silicon controlled voltage regulation is adopted,the traditional connection voltage regulation mode is changed,and the terminal voltage of the motor is effectively adjusted to reduce the self-body loss and energy saving under the premise of ensuring the load.In the subsurface oil-electric pump well,the design test of reasonable electric voltage is carried out according to the power rate,and the soft start-stop control test is carried out by reducing the voltage,which can effectively reduce the impact of the high current at the moment of starting on the electric pump unit and the underground cable. Through the comprehensive application of a varietyof pressure regulating and energy saving technologies, the practical and feasible measures are provided for oilfield energy saving and consumption reduction.
