摘要 针对应用井下作业环保装置在对井下作业落地污油水从防渗布上集中回收时,经常造成环境污染的问题,开展了井下作业环保装置配套技术研究。通过研制应用管杆在线清洗器、油管地面清洗器、蒸汽伴热器和固体油冰融化器等配套技术,与井下作业环保配套装置配合使用,解决了管杆外壁在线清洗,清洗油管内壁产生的污油水不落地回收、冬季因负吸管线冻堵和污油水冻结等原因造成污油水无法回收的问题。结果表明,通过以上井下作业环保装置配套技术的应用,实现了废液“实时回收”和“边作业边清洗”的目标,消除了井下作业过程中存在的环保隐患,为油田修井行业清洁作业、环保施工提供有益的经验借鉴。 Aiming at the problem of environmental pollution often caused by the application of environmental protection device in underground operation when the sewage oil and water falling on the ground are centralized recovered from impervious cloth,the matching technology of environmental protection device in underground operation is studied.Through the development and application of on-line tubing and rod cleaner,tubing surface cleaner,steam tracer and solid oil ice melter and other supporting technologies,It solves the problems of online cleaning of the outer wall of the tubing rod,non-landing recovery of dirty oil and water from the inner wall of the tubing,freezing plugging of negative suction pipeline and freezing of dirty oil and water in winter,etc.The results show that the goal of real-time recovery of waste liquid and"cleaning while working"has been achieved through the application of the matching technology of environmental protection devices for downhole operations,and the hidden environmental hazards in downhole operations have been eliminated,which can provide useful experience for clean operation and environmental protection construction in oil field workover industry.
