摘要
针对大庆油田的天然气的开采和加工企业在天然气加工和输送过程中对天然气流量的计量偏差问题,大庆油田技术监督中心研发流量积算仪校准装置拟开展天然气流量测试项目,实验结果表明:经该装置在线校准后,数据可提高0.15%左右,对天然气计量偏差控制起到了较好的效果,为企业的关于天然气计量提供了技术保障,并可以为企业的能效对标,推进节能降耗提供可靠的数据支持。
For the current deviation problems in the work of natural gas flow measurement by natural gas production and processing enterprises in Daqing Oilfield,which were found in the process of natural gas processing and transportation,the calibration device for the flow accumulation calculation instrument was developed by the Technology Supervision Center of Daqing Oil Field,intending to carry out the test project of natural gas flow.The experimental results show that after on-line calibration of the device,the measurement deviation of natural gas flow can be reduced by about 0.15%,which has a good effect on the deviation control of natural gas measurement.The research also results in a technical guarantee for the accurate measurement of natural gas in enterprises and provides reliable data for enterprises to meet energy efficiency standards and promote energy conservation and consumption reduction.
