摘要
汉语国际教育硕士专业学位以应用性为特征,但目前各高校对该专业研究生尤其是境外研究生实践能力培养的重视程度、实施力度还远远不够。课例研究作为当前备受推崇的教师专业学习模式,对汉教专硕实践能力培养具有重要价值。文章构建了以知识建构理论为指导,以境内外研究生、优秀教师、教育技术工作者为主体,以学习元平台为依托,以网络协同互助为主要形式的汉教专硕实践能力培养模式,详述其实施流程,并从实践主体、实践环境、实践过程、实践效果四个角度解读了该模式的特色。
Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL)is featured by application,but,at present,the attention and implementation of the training of practical ability of postgraduates in this major,especially overseas postgraduates,are not enough.As the important form of teacher professional development today,lesson study also has a high value for MTCSOL practical ability training.Under the guidance of the theory of knowledge construction,this paper sets up a training model of the practical ability of MTCSOL,taking a preliminary to the graduate students and excellent teachers,Learning Cellbased,with network cooperation and mutual assistance as the main form.The implementation process is described in detail,and the characteristics of the model are interpreted from four points:the participators,the practical environment,the process and the effect.
