摘要 针对某电厂670 MW超临界机组再热器减温水系统自动调节不良,人工干预频繁,进而增大再热器超温风险的问题,对再热器减温水比例-积分-微分PID参数进行重新整定,并对其前馈、手自动切换条件及抗积分饱和功能等方面做了优化,优化后,再热器出口温度调节品质得到很大改善,且抗干扰能力较强,无积分饱和现象,有效地增强了机组运行的安全性和稳定性。 Aiming at the problem that the reheater desuperheating water system of 670 MW supercritical unit in a power plant has poor automatic regulation and frequent manual intervention,which increases the risk of reheater overheating,the PID parameters of reheater desuperheating water are re-adjusted,and the feedforward,manual automatic switching conditions and anti-integral saturation functions are optimized.After optimization,the quality of temperature regulation at the outlet of the reheater has been greatly improved,the anti-interference ability is strong,and there is no integral saturation phenomenon,which effectively enhances the safety and stability of the unit operation.
