摘要
学生发展核心素养的概念问世以来,追捧者与质疑者聚讼不已。概言之,“存在”的疑问、“意义”的诘难、“方法”的质询,表达出核心素养面临的现实遭遇。落实核心素养的可行性,应考虑其作为政策和理论的双重属性。作为政策应顺应国家政体和发展实际,作为理论则需符合明晰性、科学性、时代性和文化适应性。学生发展核心素养的培育需要合理把握教育改革的承续与超越,学科知识的依附与拓展,学习责任的澄明与履行。
Since the concept of Students develop core competence came into being,both the fans and the doubters have been fighting.In a word,the questioning of“being”,the questioning of“meaning”and the questioning of“method”express the realistic experience of the key competence.The feasibility of implementing core competence should be considered as a dual attribute of policy and theory.As a policy,it should conform to the country’s polity and development practice,while as a theory,it should be clear,scientific,contemporary and culturally adaptive.The cultivation of students’development of core competence needs to reasonably grasp the continuation and transcendence of educational reform,the dependence and expansion of subject knowledge,and the clarity and fulfillment of learning responsibility.
