党的十九大以后的新一轮党和国家机构改革,以推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化为根本导向,坚持和加强党的全面领导,落实以人民为中心的思想,建构起新时代深化机构和行政体制改革的制度逻辑、价值逻辑和发展逻辑;在加快转变政府职能、优化组织结构、创新政务服务管理方式、健全行政法制规范等重点领域,取得了一系列重要理论成果、制度成果和实践成果。

The new round of reform of the Party and state institutions after the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC is fundamentally oriented by promoting the modernization of the state governance system and governance capacity.We should uphold and strengthen the Party's overall leadership and implement the people-centered idea.Constructing the system logic,value logic and development logic is to deepen the reform of institutions and administrative system in the new era.Moreover accelerating the transformation of the government functions,optimization of organizational structure,innovation of government service management,improvement of administrative legal norms,and things like in key areas,has already achieved a series of important theoretical,institutional and practical results.
