从价值观管理到制度领导力——以DS公司为例 被引量:3

From Management by Values to Institutional Leadership ——A Case Study of TESUN

摘要 制度领导力是领导者在同制度情境互动后,通过制度工作将价值观和领导权力嵌入组织系统和结构中的领导力。领导者通过构建制度领导力,能够减少组织对个体领导者的依赖并实现组织稳定发展。DS的实践表明,企业通过价值观管理和制度管理构建制度领导力,可以促进企业价值观落实和制度执行,并对组织利益相关者产生行为约束和理念引导,从而对企业稳定持续发展产生积极影响。DS模式是中国企业管理的新突破,以DS公司为例探究领导者通过价值观管理和制度管理构建制度领导力的过程,为企业进行制度领导力构建提供了新理论视角。 Institutional leadership refers to the leadership in which leaders embed values and leadership power into the organizational system and structure through institutional work after interacting with the institutional context.Leaders tend to reduce the dependence of organizations on individual leadership,and hence realize the steady development of organization.The practice of TECSUN shows that companies usually construct institutional leadership via management by values and institutional management,then realize corporate values,implement institutions,constraint organization stakeholders′behavior and lead their ideas.This has positive impact on stable and sustainable development of enterprises.TECSUN′s mode is a breakthrough of China business management.This article takes TECSUN′s case as example to explore the process in which leaders construct institutional leadership via management by values and institutional management,and then provides a new theoretical perspective for enterprises to construct institutional leadership.
