摘要
磁共振弹性成像(MRE)是一种新型无创性磁共振诊断技术。MRE利用机械波定量测量组织弹性,是一种非侵入性评估组织硬度的成像方法,已在慢性肝病、肝脏纤维化检测和分期等临床研究中广泛应用。本文总结了现阶段MRE在肝脏疾病诊断中的研究进展。
Magnetic resonance elastography(MRE)is a novel,noninvasive diagnostic technology that quantitatively evaluates tissue elasticity differences through mechanical waves.Shorter waves represent softer tissues and longer waves indicate harder tissues.MRE is particularly useful as a noninvasive imaging method to assess the tissue stiffness of the liver,and has been widely used for the detection and staging of chronic liver diseases and liver fibrosis,as well as in clinical research.This paper briefly describes the research advances of MRE for evaluating liver disease.
