摘要
通过超声辅助法制备了氧化石墨烯负载的胆碱磷钨酸盐(Ch-TPA@GO),采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射显微镜(TEM)等手段对其结构和形貌进行表征。以Ch-TPA@GO为催化剂,双氧水(H 2O 2)为氧化剂,乙腈(CH 3CN)为萃取剂,含有二苯并噻吩(DBT)的正癸烷为模拟燃油,建立了一个氧化萃取脱硫体系。考察了该体系的Ch-TPA@GO、H 2O 2、CH 3CN的用量和反应温度对燃油脱硫率的影响。结果表明,当Ch-TPA@GO用量为0.04 g、H 2O 2用量为0.175 mL、CH 3CN用量为2.5 mL和反应温度为70℃时,在180 min时模拟燃油的脱硫率可达99.3%,实现了燃油的深度脱硫。
Graphene oxide supported choline phosphotungstate(Ch-TPA@GO)was prepared by the ultrasound-assisted method,and its structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and transmission electron microscope(TEM).An oxidative extraction desulfurization system was established by using Ch-TPA@GO as the catalyst,hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2)as the oxidant,acetonitrile(CH 3CN)as the extraction agent,and n-decane containing dibenzothiophene(DBT)as the model fuel.The desulfurization rates were investigated under different reaction conditions including the amount of catalyst,oxidant and CH 3CN,and the reaction temperature.The results show that the model fuel achieves the deep desulfurization with a desulfurization rate of 99.3%under the optimal conditions with the Ch-TPA@GO of 0.04 g,the H 2O 2 of 0.175 mL,the CH 3CN of 2.5 mL,the reaction temperature of 70℃and the reaction time of 180 min.
