摘要 采用热重分析探讨了经过多周期MTP反应后的工业ZSM-5催化剂的再生行为,考察了催化剂积炭量、烧炭温度及氧分压对烧炭再生过程的影响。将不同周期催化剂的酸性和孔道结构作为动力学模型预测的重要因素,建立了多周期ZSM-5催化剂的本征烧炭反应动力学模型。结果表明:当再生气流量为70 mL/min时,可排除失活催化剂的外扩散,不同周期失活催化剂的积炭类型较为接近;随着反应-再生周期数的增加,碳级数逐渐变小、氧分压级数逐渐增大,构建的模型能较好地与实验数据拟合,相对误差在5%左右。 Regeneration behaviors of industrial ZSM-5 catalysts with different MTP reaction-regeneration cycles were studied by thermo gravimetric analysis method.Effects of the amount of carbon deposit,regeneration temperature and oxygen partial pressure on the regeneration process were investigated.Intrinsic kinetic model of the regeneration of ZSM-5 catalysts with different MTP reaction-regeneration cycles was established,in which the acidity and pore structure of the catalyst were important factors.Results show that the external diffusion of the catalyst is negligible when the flow rate of regeneration gas is 70 mL/min and the carbon deposition types of deactivated catalysts under different cycles are similar.With the increasing of the number of cycles,the carbon series becomes smaller and the oxygen partial pressure series increases gradually.The model is fitted well with the experimental data and the relative error is about 5%.
