基于紫外/O3技术的切削废液再生研究

摘要 为了延长切削液的使用寿命,节约资源,保护环境,采用紫外(UV)、臭氧(O 3)以及UV/O 3作为切削废液再生的处理方法。研究了3种技术对切削废液pH、腐蚀性以及润滑性能的影响。结果表明:3种技术处理后的切削废液pH均能达到《合成切削液》(GB/T 6144-2010)的要求;UV/O 3处理的切削废液阻抗膜值最大,杀菌率高达98%,且碳钢试样符合GB/T 6144-2010的要求,说明腐蚀性可以达到再生的目的;UV/O 3处理后切削废液攻丝扭矩从185 N·cm下降到131 N·cm,最接近切削新液的127 N·cm。综上所述,UV/O 3处理技术效果最佳,可以达到再生的目的。 In order to prolong the service life of cutting fluid,save resources and protect the environment,UV,O 3 and UV/O 3 technologies were used to regenerate waste cutting fluid.The effects of the 3 technologies on pH,corrosion resistance and lubricity of waste cutting fluid were studied.Results showed that the pH of waste cutting fluid after being treated by the 3 technologies all reached the requirement of“Synthetic cutting fluid”(GB/T 6144-2010).The impedance coating of waste cutting fluid after being treated by UV/O 3 was highest,the sterilization rate reached 98%and carbon steel test met GB/T 6144-2010,indicating that corrosion resistance was suitable for regeneration.The tapping torque of the waste cutting fluid droped from 185 N·cm to 131 N·cm after being treated by UV/O 3,which was closest to that of new cutting fluid(127 N·cm).Therefore,UV/O 3 was the most effective technology for regeneration of waste cutting fluid.
