高效旋流分离—生态砾间接触氧化联合装置处理初期雨水径流应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 设计高效旋流分离—生态砾间接触氧化联合装置处理初期雨水径流。确定高效旋流分离器的最优进水压力为0.03 MPa,生态砾间接触氧化装置的最优水力停留时间(HRT)为8 h,模拟初期雨水SS、COD、TN、氨氮和TP的去除率分别达到93.00%、91.00%、74.00%、95.00%和83.00%。该联合装置主要通过离心力作用,填料层吸附和过滤作用,微生物的同化和异化作用,植物根系的吸收、截留和降解作用将污染物去除。构建中试系统应用至实际初期雨水径流的处理,中试系统运行稳定,出水SS、COD、TN、氨氮和TP平均分别为89.00、42.00、3.97、1.84、0.42 mg/L,有效削减初期雨水径流污染物的排放量,从而缓解天津市滨海新区的面源污染。 An efficient hydrocyclone separation combined with ecological gravel contact oxidation device was designed to treat initial rainwater runoff.The highest removal efficiency of contaminant was obtained at optimal inlet pressure(0.03 MPa)in the efficient hydrocyclone separation device.The optimal hydraulic retention time(HRT)of the ecological gravel contact oxidation device was determined to be 8 h,and the removal rate of SS,COD,TN,ammonia nitrogen and TP in the initial runoff were 93.00%,91.00%,74.00%,95.00%and 83.00%,respectively.The contaminants were removed by centrifugal force,adsorption and filtration of packing layer,assimilation and dissimilation of microrganisms,absorption,interception and degradation of plant roots.A pilot device was constructed for rainwater runoff treating,which operated stably.The average concentrations of effluent SS,COD,TN,ammonia nitrogen and TP were 89.00,42.00,3.97,1.84,0.42 mg/L,respectively.Thus,the contaminant concentrations of initial rainwater runoff were cut down effectively,and non-point source pollution of Binhai district in Tianjin could be controlled by the application of the technology.
