经济增长与资源环境关系研究进展

A Literature Review of the Relationship between Economic Growth and Resources and Environment at Home and Abroad

经济全球化促进生产要素在全球范围内流动,加强了各国间的联系,但也将污染从国家范围扩大到全球范围。全球气候变暖、海上石油泄漏和大面积雾霾的出现,不仅制约了经济增长,也严重威胁着全人类的生产和生活,全球范围内经济增长与资源环境间的冲突已愈演愈烈。在此背景下,本文从二者关系理论、研究方法以及实证研究三方面对国内外相关文献进行梳理,发现国内对于二者关系的研究虽在近年来取得较大进展,但与国外相比,仍存在较大差距。未来应注意多学科交叉综合,加强经济增长与资源环境之间关系的理论探讨,深入剖析二者相互作用机理,总结二者相互作用规律。同时,根据污染物不同的峰值找出不同经济增长阶段重点应当治理的污染物类型,提出符合我国国情的、不同经济增长阶段的经济增长与资源环境相协调的途径和可供选择的模式,为我国经济增长与资源环境协调发展提供参考。

Economic globalization promotes production factors flowing,strengthening the contact between countries,but it also extends the scope of pollution.Global environment problems restrict the economic growth;and threat the production and life of mankind.In this background,this article reviews the literature.We found although the domestic research makes a big progress,there is still a large gap.In the future,we should pay attention to comprehensive and multi-disciplinary research,strengthening the discussing of the theory of their relationships,and analyze the interaction mechanism of them.We also should summarize the law of the interaction between them.At the same time,according to the different peak value of pollutants,we can find which pollutant should be focus on at different economic development stages.We also can put forward the way and model which could be selected to promote the coordination of them,which can provide the reference to the coordinated development of economic growth and the resources and environment in our country.
