摘要
基于火箭(导弹)级间螺栓法兰连接结构简化的原理性实验件,利用Abaqus有限元模型设计并进行了落锤冲击失效实验。实验采集了螺栓力时程响应数据、落锤冲击力和冲击速度、柱段关键点应力时程响应数据和连接界面开缝位移时程响应数据。实验结果表明,横向冲击荷载作用下连接结构螺栓组呈序列失效特点,螺栓分布面上半部分三个螺栓为初始承载失效螺栓,决定连接结构工作强度,实验数据与仿真模型数据对比表明仿真模型具有良好的计算精度。研究结果可为箭(弹)体连接结构抗冲击强度设计提供参考。
A drop hammer impact failure experiment was carried out on a schematic experiment article designed as the model of a simplified rocket(missile)interstage bolt flange connection structure.The time-history response data of the bolt force,impact force and impact velocity of drop weight,stress at the key point of cylinder wall and slot displacement of the connecting structure were collected.The article was also simulated numerically by using the Abaqus finite element software.The results show that the failure characteristics of the connection structure under transverse impact load are sequential failure,and the three bolts on the upper half part of the bolt distribution plane are the initial failure bolts.On this basis,the working strength of the connection structure was determined.The comparison between the experimental and simulation data shows that the simulation model has good calculation accuracy.The results provide a reference to the impact strength design of rocket(missile)body connection structures.
