带隔板装药EFP成型数值模拟与实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 以小长径比装药EFP战斗部为研究对象,利用AUTODYN有限元数值模拟和相应的试验对带隔板装药EFP的成型过程进行研究。在装药种类、结构尺寸和药型罩材料不变的条件下,开展了隔板结构和药型罩结构的正交优化设计数值计算。结果表明:与不带隔板结构相比,正交优化后带隔板装药EFP的速度提高了8.8%,长径比提高了164.3%;应用于末敏弹结构中优化后的EFP速度1 570.1 m/s,长径比达到5.02,与实验结果基本一致,从而验证了数值计算的正确性。 Aiming at the EFP warhead with small length-diameter ratio,the EFP forming process with wave-shaper was studied by using the AUTODYN finite element software and related experiments.In the condition that the explosive type,structure size and liner material kept unchanged,the orthogonal optimization design of the wave-shaper structure and liner structure was carried out based on the numerical simulation.The results show that,compared with the case without wave-shaper,the velocity of EFP increases by 8.8%,the ratio of length to diameter increases by 164.3%.The optimized EFP velocity of the terminal sensitive projectile is 1 570.1 m/s,and the ratio of length to diameter is 5.02,which is basically consistent with the experimental results,thus verifying the correctness of the numerical calculation.
