制造企业知识密集服务网络嵌入与企业绩效的关系——企业吸收能力的调节作用

针对制造业企业究竟要如何成功实现服务化战略转型的问题,文章结合网络嵌入性理论,以珠三角经济圈各类制造企业为研究对象,分析了当制造企业嵌入知识密集服务网络时,企业吸收能力对制造企业服务化战略转型绩效的影响。结果发现:制造企业嵌入知识密集服务网络,企业吸收能力越强,制造业服务化战略转型绩效获取将越有保障。同时,研究还表明,尽管制造企业知识密集服务网络嵌入对企业绩效有显著的正向影响,但其关系性嵌入对企业绩效的影响并不总是遵循线性关系。为提升制造企业从外部服务网络所获取创新知识的吸收能力,文章提出了塑造以知识为中心的企业价值观、针对性地加强组织人力资源管理、重视服务系统的研发投入等建议。

Aiming at the problem of how to successfully realize the service-oriented strategic transformation of manufacturing enterprises,based on the theory of network embeddedness,this paper takes manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta Economic Circle as the research object,and analyses the impact of enterprise absorptive capacity on the performance of strategic transformation of manufacturing enterprises when service manufacturing enterprises are embedded in knowledge-intensive service networks.The results show that,when manufacturing enterprises are embedded in knowledge-intensive service network,the stronger the absorptive capacity of enterprises is,the more guaranteed the performance of service-oriented strategic transformation of manufacturing industry will be.At the same time,the research also shows that,although knowledge-intensive service network embedding in manufacturing enterprises has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance,the impact of relationship embedding on enterprises performance does not always follow a linear relationship.In order to enhance the absorptive capacity of innovative knowledge acquired by manufacturing enterprises from external service networks,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as shaping knowledge-centered enterprise values,strengthening human resource management,and paying attention to R&D investment of service systems.
