摘要
当今严峻的经济环境下,竞争愈发激烈,战略管理在企业发展过程中的重要性愈加凸显。经过半个多世纪的发展,战略管理理论不断涌现,形成了如战略规划学派、环境适应学派、产业组织理论学派、资源基础理论学派等诸多学派。尽管每个学派都提出了各自的观点,并对战略的本质、特征以及企业成功因素等进行了讨论,但它们还不能称之为战略管理基本原理。基于此,选取30个成功企业案例,运用质性研究方法中的多案例研究方法,并借助于扎根理论,对数据进行扎根分析,深入探索了成功企业战略管理实践中所蕴含的基本规律,最终归纳出企业战略管理基本原理,包括顺势、寻机、借力、用巧和求异五个维度,并在最后对企业战略管理实践提出了若干相关政策建议。
In today's tough economic environment,competition has become increasingly fierce,and the importance of strategic management in the process of enterprise development has become even more prominent.After more than half a century of development,strategic management theories have emerged,forming a number of schools such as the strategic planning school,the environmental adaptation school,the industrial organization theory school,and the resource-based theory school,etc.Although each school has put forward their own perspectives and touched on the nature and characteristics of strategy and factors leading to business success,they do not reach the fundamentals of strategic management.Based on this,this paper analyzes the data of the selected 30 successful enterprise cases,by means of the method of multi-case study in the method of qualitative research and the grounded theory to explore the basic law in the practice of successful enterprise's strategic management and summarizes the basic principles of the enterprise's strategic management,including trend-following,opportunity-hunting,power-leveraging,cleverness and difference-seeking.Finally,it puts forward some relevant policy suggestions for the practice of enterprise strategic management.
