安阳市燃煤源颗粒物及碳组分排放特征 被引量:2

Emission Characteristics of Particulate Matter and Carbon Components from Coal-fired Sources in Anyang

摘要 为探究安阳市燃煤源排放特征,基于实地调研、抽样调查和部门座谈等方法,利用排放因子法自下而上的估算了2016年安阳市燃煤源颗粒物和碳组分排放清单,利用经纬度坐标和所属乡镇信息,进行了全市PM10、PM2.5、PM1、EC和OC排放空间分配,并通过对2017年燃煤源相关政策的搜集整理,结合2016年调研情况,对2017年安阳市主要燃煤相关政策颗粒物减排效果进行了估算。结果表明:安阳市2016年燃煤源PM10、PM2.5、PM1、EC和OC排放总量分别为5 735.03、2 986.61、1 049.40、718.05和385.29 t;散煤燃烧源是PM10、PM2.5、PM1、EC和OC的主要贡献源,分别贡献了各污染物的70.71%、76.98%、91.81%、85.14%和71.83%;从空间分布来看,排放主要集中在林州市的河顺镇、龙安区的东风乡以及殷都区的纱厂路街道,而排放强度较高的乡镇(街道)主要集中在市区的纱厂路街道、北大街街道、洹北街道、豆腐营街道和东风乡;通过对2017年燃煤源相关政策的搜集整理,结合2016年调研情况,估算2017年燃煤源PM10、PM2.5和PM1减排量分别为2 735.15、1 410.08和457.61 t,分别占2016年燃煤源排放总量的47.69%、47.21%和43.61%。研究显示,2016年安阳市燃煤源颗粒物排放量较大,2017年安阳市采取的燃煤相关政策措施对安阳市燃煤源颗粒物减排效果显著。 In order to explore the emission characteristics of coal-fired sources in Anyang city,based on field investigation,sample surveys and discussions with related departments,the emission factor method was used to estimate the emission inventory of particulate matter and carbon components from coal-fired sources in Anyang city in 2016.The spatial distribution of PM10,PM2.5,PM1,EC and OC emissions were carried out by using latitude and longitude coordinates and township information.Through the collection and consolidation of the policies on coal-fired sources in 2017,combined with the survey in 2016,the effect of particulate matter emission reduction by the main coal-burning policies of Anyang city in 2017 was estimated.The results showed that the total emissions of PM10,PM2.5,PM1,EC and OC from coal combustion sources in Anyang city in 2016 were 5 735.03,2 986.61,1 049.40,718.05 and 385.29 t respectively.The combustion source of bulk coal was the main contribution source of PM10,PM2.5,PM1,EC and OC,contributing 70.71%,76.98%,91.81%,85.14%and 71.83%of each pollutant,respectively.In terms of spatial distribution,emissions were mainly concentrated in Heshun Town in Linzhou city,Dongfeng township in Longan district and the Shachang Road Street in Yindu district,while townships(streets)with high emission intensity were mainly concentrated in the streets of Shachang Road,North Street,Huanbei streets,tofu camp streets and Dongfeng township in the urban areas.Through the collection and collation of the relevant policies on coal-fired sources in 2017 and the field investigation results in 2016,it is calculated that the emission reduction of PM10,PM2.5 and PM1 from coal-fired sources in 2017 was 2 735.15,1 410.08 and 457.61 t respectively,accounting for 47.69%,47.21%and 43.61%of the total emissions from coal-fired sources in 2016,respectively.According to the research,in 2016,the emissions of coal-fired source particulate matter in Anyang city were huge.And the coal-burning related policies and measures adopted in 2017 were of great significance to the emission reduction of particulate matter from coal-fired sources in Anyang city.
