摘要 “智慧工会”不仅是党和国家信息化建设的重要组成部分,也是工会自身发展的内在要求。“智慧工会”必须具备高度智能化、高度信息化、深度融合性和服务普惠性等特点。目前,“智慧工会”建设还存在着思想认识不到位、专业人才缺乏、内容不充分、功能设置不人性化、资源缺乏有效整合和“以职工为中心”的服务宗旨体现不突出等问题。要从统一思想、凝聚共识,做好顶层设计、加强系统规划,突出服务的宗旨和整合资源、实现共享等方面着手,推动“智慧工会”建设健康发展。 Intelligent trade unions is not only an important component of the information construction of the Communist Party and China,but also the inherent requirement of trade unions'own development.Intelligent trade unions is definitely of the characteristics of high intelligence and informatization,deep integration,and universal service.At present,there are still some problems in the construction of intelligent trade unions,such as inadequate ideological understanding,lack of professionals,insufficient content,inhumanity of functions setting,lack of effective integration of resources,and lack of prominent manifestations of staff-centered service purposes.To promote the healthy development of intelligent trade unions construction,courses of action should be taken in aspects of seeking unification of ideas,the cohesion of consensus,the top-level design,strengthening system planning,highlighting service purpose and integrating resources,and achieving the sharing.
