摘要
提出并实践了一种利用电子文件元数据提取和异源数据同步处理技术,来实现多源技术资料批量化自动归档的新型归档方式;同时,通过局域网和远程专用网络上多用户的共享使用,使应用效率大幅提升,解决了水利设计企业集团化管理过程的技术资料高效归档难题;此外,还初步探索出一种嵌入式OCR信息提取方式,为技术资料智能识别与自动归档深化研究与应用奠定了基础。
A new method of electronic file meta-data extraction and heterogeneous data synchronous processing is proposed and practiced to realize the automatic mass archiving of multi-source technical data.At the same time,through the sharing and use of multiple users on LAN and remote private network,the application efficiency is greatly improved,and the technical data archiving problem of collectivization management process of water conservancy design enterprise is solved.In addition,an embedded OCR information extraction method is preliminarily explored,which lays a foundation for further research and application of intelligent identification and automatic archiving of technical data.
