油气地质资料汇交工作存在的问题与思考

地质资料是企业和国家的宝贵资源。随着汇交制度不断完善,油气地质资料汇交流程逐渐顺畅,汇交工作开展顺利,但也存在汇交时间滞后、效率低、质量不高等问题。油气地质资料汇交工作是一项系统性工作,做好此项工作需树立全局意识。正确认识矿权管理与地质资料汇交的关系,正确处理日常工作与汇交工作的关系,而不是人为地割裂。因此需要理顺管理流程,变被动为主动;加强归档监管,源头抓好资料质量;理顺汇交流程,融入日常工作中,以此来提升地质资料汇交工作质效。

Geological data are valuable resources of enterprises and countries.With the continuous improvement of collection system,the oil-gas geological data collection process is becoming gradually smooth.However,there are also problems such as delayed time,low efficiency,and poor quality.The collection of oil-gas geological data is systematic work,so it is necessary to build an overall awareness.We should understand correctly the relationship between mining right management and geological data collection,and correctly handle the relationship between daily work and collection work,rather than artificially separate them.It is also necessary to straighten out the management process and be more initiative,to strengthen the archiving supervision,focus on the quality of data from the source,and to straighten out the collection process and integrate it into daily work so as to improve the quality and efficiency of geological data collection.
