校友文库创建过程中存在问题及解决方法

Research on the Problems and Solutions in the Process of Constructing Alumni Library

校友文库是各高校所特有的专门收集、展示和永久性保存本校师生员工及海内外校友论著的学术资料性特藏宝库。但本校校友文库建设中存在宣传不到位、捐赠渠道单一、捐赠人群年龄断层、捐赠成果展示受时间和空间限制等问题。根据创建校友文库实践中的经验与体会,从树立现代化宣传理念、多部门合作建立校友网络体系、建立新型校友工作部门、精心培养母校情结、建立校友文库数据库等方面入手,探索解决方法。

Alumni Library is an academic library which is built by universities for collecting,presenting and permanently preserving works of their alumni,teachers and students at home and abroad.But there are many problems in the construction of alumni library in our university,such as insufficient publicity,singleness of donation channel,inadequate age groups of donators and time and space limitation of donation’s exposition.Based on the experience and reflections from constructing practice,solutions are explored in this paper from the perspective of establishing modern propaganda concept,building alumni network system by means of cooperation between various departments,setting new alumni department,cultivating the alma mater complex,and constructing alumni library database.
