摘要 为保证木垒2井钻进过程中井壁稳定,提高探井钻探成功率,针对其地质结构和钻井液技术难点,优选了聚胺纳米防塌钻井液体系,通过晶格充填-固结沉淀-微细封堵机理,配合相应的现场钻井液维护处理工艺和针对复杂情况的处理措施,保证了木垒2井的顺利施工,钻进过程中井壁稳定,井身质量好,为区块的进一步勘探开发提供了技术保障。 In order to guarantee wellbore stability and improve the success rate of drilling well,the poly-amine nanometer and anti-caving drilling fluid was applied according to geological structure and technology difficulty of drilling fluid.The Mulei 2 well was drilled smoothly with the help of corresponding the drilling fluids technics and engineering measures of treatment down-hole troublesome condition.The mechanism of wellbore wall included lattice filled by amino group,consolidating precipitation and micro-plugging.The wellbore wall was stable during the course of drilling well,and the wellbore quality was good.At last,the technology support was provided for future exploration and development.
