摘要
基于TRIZ创新理论设计了一种酸奶盒,盒体顶端设置有吸管插入口,盒体内部设置有软质薄膜袋,软质薄膜袋内部底端水平设置有活塞板,软质薄膜袋外壁与盒体内壁接触,活塞板侧壁与软质薄膜袋内壁接触,盒体底端设置有与盒体内部连通的气囊,气囊开设有进气孔,气囊内壁设置有能够封堵进气孔的可动孔盖,按压气囊能够使软质薄膜袋外壁与盒体内壁分离并使活塞板沿软质薄膜袋内壁上下滑动,软质薄膜袋外壁与盒体内壁分离过程中挤压酸奶将酸奶排出。活塞板沿软质薄膜袋内壁上下滑动过程中能够刮除残留在软质薄膜袋内壁上的酸奶,有效避免了酸奶残留。
A yoghurt box is designed based on TRIZ innovation theory.A straw insertion port is arranged on the top of the box body;a soft film bag is arranged inside the box body;a talk plug plate is horizontally arranged at the inner bottom end of the soft film bag;the outer wall of the soft film bag is in contact with the inner wall of the box body.The side wall of the piston plate is in contact with the inner wall of the soft film bag;the bottom end of the box body is provided with an airbag connected with the inner part of the box body;the airbag is provided with an inlet hole;and the inner wall of the airbag is provided with a movable hole cover capable of plugging the inlet hole.The pressing airbag can separate the outer wall of the soft film bag from the inner wall of the box body and make the piston plate slide up and down along the inner wall of the soft film bag,and squeeze the yoghurt out of the yoghurt during the separation process between the outer wall of the soft film bag and the inner wall of the box body.In the process of piston plate sliding up and down the inner wall of the soft film bag,the yoghurt remaining on the inner wall of the soft film bag can be scraped off,and the yoghurt residue can be effectively avoided.
