摘要
以苯二甲酸二元酯为原料,采用贵金属催化剂及配套固定床三段加氢工艺开展了100 t/a的环己烷二甲酸二元酯增塑剂生产中试试验,结果表明:入口反应温度35-75℃,压力5 MPa,质量总空速0.8h^-1,氢气与原料的体积比为130:1的条件下,原料转化率达100%(原料残余<10 mg/kg),选择性高于99.7%,该条件下催化剂连续运行2000 h活性选择性稳定,产品经提纯后达到进口产品质量标准。
The pilot test in the production of 100-ton-per-year cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid diester plasticizer was conducted by selective hydrogenation of the corresponding aromatic carboxylic esters,with a precious metal catalyst.The results revealed that under the conditions of inlet reaction temperature 35-75℃,pressure 5 MPa,space velocity 0.8 h^-1 and the volumetric ratio of hydrogen to oil 130:1,raw material conversion would achieve 100%and selectivity would be higher than 99.7%.Moreover,the catalyst kept an excellent hydrogenation activity and selectivity during 2000 h test running,and the final product achieved an import product quality standard.
