摘要
缺口冲击实验是表征材料受力时形变的方法之一,对实验数据的处理是分析力学行为的必要方式。以ABS缺口冲击实验数据为基础,从数据导入、点线图绘制、数据拟合、格式调整、文本框导入和图像导出6个方面,详细的介绍了Origin 2016使用操作。结果表明,经Origin软件分析、拟合的数据,表现出明显的变化规律,方便了研究人员分析ABS冲击力学行为和相关影响因素。Origin软件在未来科研领域仍将发挥重要的作用。
A notched impact test is one of the methods to characterize the deformation of materials under stress.The processing of experimental data is a necessary way to analyze their mechanical behaviors.The operation of Origin 2016 was introduced in detail,based on the ABS notch impact test data,from the following six aspects:data import,dot plot drawing,data fitting,format adjustment,text box import and image export.The results show that the data analyzed and fitted by the Origin software shows obvious changes,which facilitates the researchers to analyze the ABS impact mechanics and related influencing factors.The Origin software will still play an important role in the future scientific research field.
