基于Infoworks ICM模型对污水管网输水能力评价及泵站排水量优化 被引量:6

摘要 为研究H镇污水系统的运行情况,利用Infoworks ICM软件构建了H镇污水管网模型。针对污水管网基础信息数据质量较低的问题,以管网系统的水力模型作为现场调研和复勘的方向,对H镇污水管网的数据进行了修正,加强了数据的统一管理。选用2018年8月运南泵站和镇北泵站的累计流量对模型进行了校核,发现模型基本符合当地污水管网实际情况,对模型的进一步优化有指导作用。在此基础上,对H镇的污水管网运行现状排水能力进行了评估,通过对泵站不同排水量方案的模拟对比,对泵站排水量进行优化,依据管网动态储量和水泵运行状态提出最佳的排水量运行方案,为之后的运行管理优化提供指导。 In order to study the operation of sewage system, sewage pipeline network model of H town was constructed by using Infoworks ICM software. In view of the low quality of basic information data of sewage network, hydraulic model of sewage network system was used as the direction of field investigation and reconnaissance, and the data of sewage network was revised, which strengthened the unified management of data in H town. The cumulative flow of Yunnan Pump Stations and Zhenbei Pump Stations in August 2018 was used to check the model. It was found that the model was basically in line with the actual situation of local sewage network and had a guiding role for further optimization. On this basis, drainage capacity of the sewage pipeline network was evaluated in H town. Through the simulation and comparative study of different drainage schemes of pump stations, drainage of pump stations was optimized, and optimal drainage operation scheme was put forward according to the dynamic storage of pipeline network and operation status of pumps. It provided guidance for the optimization of operation and management in the future.
