排污率对锅炉水质的影响

Effect of Blowdown Rate on Water Quality of Boiler

通过实地测取竹园污泥处理厂的锅炉水样,测试并分析了在不同锅炉排污率的情况下对于锅炉水质的影响。结果表明,随着排污率的提高,锅炉水质会有一定的提高。结合目前的成本分析以及锅炉水质的情况,找出最优化的工艺点。

The influence of different boiler blowdown rate on boiler water quality is studied though the analysis of water samples collected in the exhaust-heat boiler of Zhuyuan Sludge Treatment Plant. The results show that the higher rate of boiler blowdown is, the better water quality of exhaust-heat boiler. Based on the analysis of operating cost and condition of water quality, the best procedure is found.
