小城市交通拥堵的原因及缓解措施

Causes and Alleviation Measures for Traffic Congestion in Small Cities

为解决小城市交通拥堵问题,以乐陵城区为例分析小城市居民的出行特征及交通拥堵的原因,指出道路结构不完善是小城市交通拥堵的主要原因之一,交通管理滞后是产生拥堵的首要因素。基于小城市经济发展的特殊性,道路设施的建设与交通管理等的结合是解决小城市交通拥堵的有效措施。利用宏观交通仿真软件Transtar对所采取措施的有效性进行评价。研究结果表明:保障与规范慢行出行、合理开发与共享停车资源、交通组织优化、设置机动车单向路段与禁行路段等措施,有利于缓解小城市交通拥堵。

In order to solve the problem of traffic congestion in small cities,this paper takes Laoling district as an example to analyze the travel characteristics of residents in small cities and the causes of traffic congestion,and points out that the imperfection of road network structure is one of the main causes of traffic congestion in small cities,and lagging behind in the traffic management is the primary factor of congestion.Based on the particularity of the economic development of small cities,the combination of road facilities construction and traffic management is an effective measure to solve the traffic congestion of small cities.The effectiveness of the measures is evaluated by using the macro traffic simulation software TranStar.The results show that the measures such as guaranteeing and standardizing slow travel,reasonably developing and sharing parking resources,optimizing traffic organization,and setting up one-way and restricted road sections are helpful to alleviate traffic congestion in small cities.
