摘要
基因治疗的关键是需要高效、安全和具有靶向性的载体,将基因转移至靶细胞核内进行表达。树状大分子因其单分散性、高密度且数目精确的多个可修饰表面功能基团等优势,已经成为核酸递送的重要载体。本文通过简介基因治疗和树状大分子,阐述了树状大分子用于基因递送的不同策略。
The development of efficient and safe gene delivery carriers that can transfer gene into the nuclei of target cells is a key factor for gene therapy.With monodispersity,high density,and precise number of multivalent functional surface groups,the unique dendrimers provide attractive properties as a precise nucleic acid delivery platform.In this review,the gene therapy and dendrimers were described,and some strategies for efficient gene delivery were illustrated.
