摘要
随着肥胖人群的增多,非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)已成为全球范围内最常见的肝脏疾病,与脂毒性密切相关。因此本文着重于综述脂毒性诱导的非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的病理机制及相关的治疗措施,以期为非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床治疗及相关基础研究提供参考。
With the increase of obese people,nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)has become the most common liver disease worldwide,and is closely related to lipotoxicity.Therefore,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment and related basic research of NASH,this article focused on reviewing the pathological mechanism and related treatment measures of lipotoxicity-induced NASH.
