摘要
简要阐述目前国内核电站备品备件管理存在的问题及其改进措施,以及增材制造的特点。提出增材制造技术和备品备件管理的契合点,并在目前备品备件联合储备模式的基础上,提出了供应商虚拟联合储备模式,该模式可有效降低备品备件的管理成本,提升管理质量。指出了增材制造在备品备件领域推广、应用的路线。
TThe existing problems of spare parts management and their improvements in domestic nuclear power station at present and the additive manufacturing features are briefly expounded.The coherence points of additive manufacturing and spare parts management are put forward.Based on the model of spare parts united storage,the model of supplier virtual united storage is put forward,the advantage of this model which can reduce the spare parts management cost and promote management quality is introduced.The generalized and applied routes of additive manufacturing in spare parts field is pointed out.
