摘要
焊接机器人是智能化焊接的主要研究热点。随着工业的快速发展,对焊接机器人的性能要求不断提升。从焊缝跟踪系统、离线编程与路径规划技术、遥控焊接技术、虚拟仿真与人机交互技术、基于PC机的转变研究技术5个方面对目前焊接机器人的智能化发展现状进行阐述,总结了我国焊接智能化在焊接机器人、教学、智能化焊接站系统等方面的应用。
Welding robot is the main research hotspot of intelligent welding.With the rapid development of industry,the requirements for the performance of welding robots are constantly improving.The development status of welding robot intelligentialize is expound from five aspects:weld tracking system,off-line programming and path planning technology,remote welding technology,virtual simulation and human-computer interaction technology and transformation research technology based on PC.And the application of welding intelligentialize in welding robots,teaching,intelligent welding station systems and et al is summarized in China.
