摘要 搅拌摩擦焊接过程的闭环控制有助于实现焊接自动化,提高焊接质量的稳定性和可靠性。基于搅拌摩擦焊接压力控制系统,研究焊接过程中各伺服驱动参数的变化规律,以期找出最优的闭环控制方法。结果表明,主轴转矩和Z轴转矩在稳定焊接阶段波动程度较大,很难作为反馈信号实现闭环控制,而主轴功率在不同工艺参数下均可较好地进行焊接过程闭环控制,且可作为衡量焊缝热输入的指标。提出了基于主轴功率反馈的焊接过程闭环控制方法,为焊接过程控制提供新的思路。 Closed-loop control of friction stir welding process is helpful to realize welding automation in order to improve the stability and reliability of welding quality.Based on the friction stir welding pressure control system,this paper studies the variation of servo drive parameters in the welding process,in order to find out the optimal closed-loop control method.The results show that the spindle torque and Z-axis torque fluctuate greatly in the stable welding stage,and it is difficult to achieve closed-loop control as feedback signal.The closed-loop control of spindle power in welding process can be well carried out under different process parameters,and can be used as an index to measure the heat input of the weld.A closed-loop control method for welding process based on spindle power feedback is proposed,which provides a new idea for welding process control.
