摘要 本文运用最小二乘法推导了立式水轮发电机盘车摆度的理论计算公式,并探讨了数据偏差产生的原因。以某抽水蓄能电站4号机组大修盘车为例,分析了刚性盘车与弹性盘车的区别,提出了保证盘车数据准确性的要求,提出了应用新的相对摆度定义的盘车合格标准,应用公式计算最大摆度并进行评价,提出了一种简单可行的轴线调整措施并取得了实效。 In this paper,the least square method is used to derive the theoretical formula of the turning swing for vertical hydro-generator,and the causes of data deviation are discussed.Taking the overhaul of Unit 4 of a pumped-storage power station as an example,the difference between rigid and elastic turning method is analyzed.The requirement of ensuring the accuracy of turning is put forward.The acceptive standard of turning defined by new relative swing is proposed.The formula is used to calculate the maximum swing and evaluate it.A simple and feasible axis adjustment measure is proposed and the actual effect is achieved.
