我国东中西部人工智能产业政策及发展对比研究

A Comparative Study of Artificial Intelligence Industry Policies and Development in Different Regions of China

随着人工智能被提升为国家发展战略,各地方政府已经开始多方布局人工智能应用及其产业化发展。首先,对比分析了我国部分省市人工智能政策制定及产业发展的现状。然后,结合东、中、西部不同区域当前人工智能产业的发展水平,提出了我国东、中、西部人工智能产业发展存在的问题。最后,从政策制定、平台建设、产业驱动、产业协调和人才创新等方面提出我国人工智能产业区域均衡发展的建议,以期实现我国人工智能产业的良性有序发展。

With the promotion of artificial intelligence as a national development strategy,local governments have started to lay out the application and industrialization of artificial intelligence in various ways.Firstly,a comparative analysis of the policies and status of promoting artificial intelligence industry in some provinces and cities was studied.Secondly,the existing problems in the development of artificial intelligence industry were analyzed in China’s east,central and western regions based on the current development level of artificial intelligence industry in different regions.Finally,in order to realize the benign and orderly development of AI industry in China,some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of policy formulation,platform construction,industry drive,industry coordination and talent innovation.
