中国新能源电动汽车企业的虚拟价值链研究——以蔚来汽车为例

摘要 为中国新能源电动汽车企业能够利用信息和数据在新的科技时代创新发展,提高企业竞争力,运用文献分析和理论研究构建中国新能源电动汽车企业的虚拟价值链模型,以蔚来汽车为例,通过专家调查法、层次分析法和模糊整合评价法对虚拟价值链进行评价研究。结果发现虚拟价值链的关键环节有信息技术平台、智力资本、设计和研发,虚拟价值链上的环节总体发展偏好。得出结论,中国新能源电动汽车企业关键优势明显,但链条缺乏完整性和协作性,并给出中国新能源电动汽车企业布局虚拟价值链的建议。 In order that China’s new energy electric vehicle enterprises can use information and data in the new era of science and technology innovation and development,improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The virtual value chain model of Chinese new energy electric vehicle enterprises is constructed by literature analysis and theoretical research,and the virtual value chain is evaluated and studied by expert survey method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy integrated evaluation method,taking NIO as an Example.The results show that the key links of China’s new energy electric vehicle virtual value chain include information technology platform,intellectual capital,design,research and development,and the overall development preference of the links in the virtual value chain.In conclusion,the key advantages of Chinese new energy electric vehicle enterprises are obvious,but the chain lacks integrity and collaboration.And the proposal of setting up virtual value chain for Chinese new energy electric vehicle enterprises is given.
