金融支持辽源市“一主双廊”产业空间布局

Finance Supports the Industrial Spatial Layout of "One Main Corridor and Two Corridors" in Liaoyuan

近些年辽源市经济平稳运行,但面临下行压力。随着2019年吉林省“一主六双”产业空间布局的提出,辽源市也提出“一主双廊”产业建设。本文阐述了辽源市在“一主双廊”产业空间布局中的工作定位,提出搭建金融支持“一主双廊”组织架构、组织制定工作实施方案、建立金融支持专项统计监测指标、提升人民银行调控能力与服务水平、银政企合力营造良好营商环境和完善考核机制等金融支持举措,并提出“一行一品”工作措施。

In recent years,the economy of liaoyuan city is running smoothly,but facing downward pressure.With the“one main and six double”industrial spatial layout proposed in jilin province in 2019,liaoyuan city also proposed the“one main and two corridors”industrial construction.This paper expounds“one main double gallery”work positioning of industrial spatial layout,putting forward building financial support“one main double gallery”organization structure,to make work plan,to set up the financial support special statistical monitoring indicators,improving the people's bank regulation ability and service level,silvering enterprise together to create a good business environment and financial support measures such as perfecting examination mechanism.
