高职院校继续教育模式创新研究

我国社会发展进入新时代,终身学习越来越受到重视,作为终身教育体系组成部分的继续教育也要随之而变。高职院校的继续教育模式改革应该从人才培养体系、教学模式、教学手段、教学内容等方面入手寻求创新与突破,以便更好地满足学生个性化发展的需要,让继续教育培养出更多更优秀的职业人才。

China's social development has entered a new era,and more and more attention has been paid to lifelong learning.The continuing education,as a part of the lifelong education system,will also change with it.The reform of continuing education mode in higher vocational colleges should start from the aspects of talents training system,teaching mode,teaching methods,teaching content and other aspects to seek innovation and breakthrough,in order to better meet the needs of students'individualized development,and let continuing education cultivate more excellent professional talents.
